shone666 Posted July 4, 2011 Author Share Posted July 4, 2011 Ako mislis na raspodelu workload-a onda ovako: Kad udjes na ekran nekog igraca, nadji 'training' tab na njegovom ekranu, izmedju 'stats' i 'reports'. To se nalazi u donjem levom uglu. Ako mislis na high ili medium workload, koji se odnosi na jacinu treninga za ceo tim, to imas na stranici za timski trening. edz9100 Posted July 26, 2011 Share Posted July 26, 2011 Ubaciš u \Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2011\schedules ak nemaš neku mapu napraviš ju U FM-u, otvoriš training--> Schedules--->Manage Schedules--->Import--->odabereš trening--->Select--->Ok---> i onda stavljaš igrače na treninge koji mu odgovaraju npr. edz9100 Posted July 26, 2011 Share Posted July 26, 2011 Ja koristim ovaj trening i toga nema... to ti je valjda ostalo od prije, imaš tamo kod Manage Schedules Delete pa ak ti smeta obrišeš ovaj trening se sastoji od: Napravljeni su treninzi posebno za sledece kategorije. GOAL -golmani DW - bekovi DC - centralni odbrambeni DMC - zadnji vezni ( kvarise, ali nikako playmaker-i kao npr Pirlo ) MC - igraci centralne sredine terena AMC - malo kreativniji igraci sredine terena i oni koji su ofanzivnije orijentisani WING - krila ST - napadaci Za omladince nisu napravljene sve ove kategorije, vec su osnovne 4 prepravljene/pojacane i tako ostavljene jer mislim da omladincima ne treba praviti velike razlike u intenzitetima treninga. Dodatno su napravljeni treninzi za predsezonu i to tri grupe. PRE-SEASON DEF - za sve odbrambene igrace PRE-SEASON MID - za sve igrace sredine terena PRE-SEASON FOR - za sve napadace Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

shone666 Posted August 10, 2011 Author Share Posted August 10, 2011 Kod mene su se zalili samo oni koji su imali lose personality osobine ( neambiciozni ), ili oni koji su bili na transfer listi ili pred kraj ugovora. Igraci iz prvog tima, ako se dobro secam, se nikad nisu zalili. Ako ti je trening na medium, onda ne bi smeli da se zale. Gledaj da nemas previse pojedinacnih delova treninga ( ball controll, defending itd) na high nivou. Mozda to moze da bude problem. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
