bojan95 Posted November 6, 2010 Share Posted November 6, 2010 E zanima me kakva je razlika.Coach trenira i mlade igrace i prvotimce,a youth coach sam mlade.Pa sto sad nebi postavili sve youth coach-e za coach ptvog tima,tako je valjda bolje,trenira mlade i prvotimce.Znam da u procesu stvaranja regena ucestvuju i youth coach i tako dobijamo bolje(ako trener ima velike ocene za PA i CA) ili losije igrace.
