Sone90 Posted April 23, 2011 Share Posted April 23, 2011 E ovako,ovo je novi problem sa kojim sam se susreo.Igram sa Birminghamom,igram taktiku koja zahteva dosta trcanja,Premier liga,kupovi,Evropa,cesto se desava da igram utakmice na svaka 3-4 dana.Ono sto me zanima,jel normalno da mi igraci konstantno budu umorni,i da im skoro uvek condition bude oko 80%.Takodje kada je pauza od 10-ak dana,njima se kondicija vrati na 100%,preko 90% uglavnom,ali odmah nakon tog meca,kad dodje sledeci za 4-5 dana,dosta njih ima condition oko 80%.Da li je to normalno,ili je neki bug,i da li se moze resiti taj problem nekako? Vrag Posted April 23, 2011 Share Posted April 23, 2011 Takodje, pre pocetka sezone stavljaj sto jace kondicijske treninge kako bi igraci spremni docekali pocetak sezone. Napravi i jaku klupu, tako da u svakom trenutku mozes da rotiras ekipu, da bi igrali samo oni koji su najspremniji te ce tako nestati i problemi s umorom. Debeli Ronaldo Posted April 24, 2011 Share Posted April 24, 2011 Pre početka sezone stavi svima da treniraju samo fitness i strenght, slajderi neka idu skoro do kraja. Kad počnu pripremne utakmice onda im stavi normalne treninge i kad počne sezona onda stavi one koje koristiš. Takođe stalno rotiraj igrače, daj im ponekad jedan dan slobodno posle naporne utakmice, dovedi dobre fitness trenere. Koje treninge koristiš? shone666 Posted April 24, 2011 Share Posted April 24, 2011 -obrati paznju na natural fitnes i staminu, pored svega sto su vec pomenuli ranije -svakog igraca koji padne ispod 70% fitnesa posle tekme odmori min 1 dan, tako ces spreciti nagomilavanje umora -slabiji presing, sporija igra i cesce trosenje vremena ce sacuvati malo fitnes -u toku sezone nemoj da preterujes sa jacinom treninga prvog tima, narocito sa snagom i aerobikom Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
