Madridista
Time to Sell http://s18.postimg.org/577emmad5/A_hora_de_vender.jpg Is there time to sell a player? How to make sure that it is no longer important to the your team? There isn't a magic formula that causes us to always hit, but five factors can be taken into account and help a lot when choosing. 1) The financial proposal is good? There is no player "unsellable". Everyone has their price. Some are worth more and others less. In Football Manager, for each player, is given a market price that goal more or less how much a player is worth. More or less, because it can be worth much more. And if you see a proposal along these lines more than the market value, then, may be the time of sale. 2) The contract is ending? How long still lack of agreement? 4 or 5 years? Leave the player in the squad. Less than 1 year? Start thinking of renovating or sell. Less than 6 months? Sale immediately appear proposal. For your most desired player is, he is obliged to fulfill the contract with his club. If it does not, you will have to pay a termination clause. So be very careful when hiring this clause and notice if it is in accordance with what is expected of the player. But be careful. When negotiating salary players will be more flexible if you offer them a termination clause less. 3) The player gave statements that would go for a bigger club or breathe fresh air? If this is the case, how much it is worth having a disgruntled player in the squad? Let him be happy is often contribute their own happiness. 4) The player's performance in the games has been good? Take a look at player stats and check your latest views. He may have a name, may have been very important for the club, but is still important? And the fact is many times the team play with a tactic in which the player in question does not fit, no matter how good it is. This will be another point to consider. Performance below 7 is sign of trouble. 5) There are other players who can replace the output or at least the potential to be as good as the player who wants to sell? The time depends not only on the player itself. But the constitution of the staff. If he is the only good offensive team and you sell it or need to write about what's going to happen, right? The final decision will not be by a factor or another. But by all of them. Try to answer yes or no to each of the questions above. If the answer yes to tip over, it's time to sell.
